Today is Valentine’s Day. The most dreaded day of the year, for me.
I SUCK at giving presents. It’s just a FACT. I have no idea why. (*)
So yeah, I’m really stressed over what to give Charlie. I’m taking Hizumi’s advice and giving him chocolates, so it won’t seem like I’m making some sort of advance, but I’m also giving him the leftover fudge pops Hizumi gave me. I couldn’t bring myself to eat the kitten head shaped ones- they were just so cute! Charlie should have no problem eating them though. But are they to cutesy for a guy?
But what I’ve really been working hard on to give to him is his doll. I make dolls of people who I meet and grow close to. I try to make them as accurate as I possibly can (even Grace’s! That why hers looks like a horrid monster!) I’ve been working on for the past few days. I actually meant it to be a birthday gift, but I coukldn’t make it in time! I feel like a complete dick now.
Are dolls to cutesy for guys too? I mean, Vater liked his, but... he’s not the average guy, as I’m sure we all know.
