2010 - new year, new country, new fic

So in seven and a half hours I'll be on a plane to the UK. I will actually be in the sky at midnight, well more than one midnight with the change of timezones. I'm just stupidly positive about this relocation and looking forward to some adventure.

I don't make new years resolutions, but if I did this year's will be to travel, to write and to learn

And yeah I know that 1,2 and 3 are as yet a mystery to you but that is simply because they are just so completely WIP it's not even funny. I really only seriously started writing 2 a few days ago and I have maybe 5 paragraphs or something. Though all three are completely mapped out in my head I just have to find the time and inspiration to write the damn things! Then they'll be in your inbox. Oh yessirree.

And I will totes be bothering you about young Trick, just as soon as there's some content there.

Oh and Pete is more of a sorta middling sub here, there's this kinda hierarchy thing going on where he gets to top Mikey a little but only under Patrick's careful eye.

IT SNOWED! Okay! And the novelty has not yet worn off despite me almost falling on my arse several times on the slick cobblestones. Yes cobblestones. How English. I am loving it so far and my only bone to pick with my English life thus far is - not enough time to write fic.

Though I get about an hour on the bus each day and most of the time I get a seat so I am crowning this period to be writing time. Ten pages in my handwritten journal so far on Number 2. I'm getting there!

OH YES! It took me WEEKS, literally weeks to find this bloody setting.

It's under the Journal tab called Customise Journal Style. The option is under Presentation-Basic settings and it's called "Disable customized comment pages for your journal" - you need to set it to 'yes', then you'll get comment pages like this one, all nice and white and blue and full-width.
