Ten Drabbles Ficlets I wrote for The Masochist Meme. Some of them technically aren't Drabbles as they went a few hundred words over 1000. Actually none of them are Drabbles, as not one is exactly 100 words. (Thank you Wikipedia) So let's call them ficlets. But hey, who's in it for the technicalities anyway?

I LOVE LAME!GAMBIT OKAY! He is my favourite X-man. And please don't get me started on how terribly they pooed all over his character in the Wolverine movie. I could go on and on.

You know, when I was doing "research" to find a lame!Gambit moment (research = Youtube search prompts that don't include "boys kissing") I was actually seriously amazed when I heard Gambit doing little speeches saying "I". As in "I am a thief" not "Gambit is a thief". I thought he always talked in third person, but apparently not! You learn something new every day.

So glad you liked it! I was originally gonna try to be funnier, but it just wanted to be all sweet n' gooey n' slightly angsty.

I kinda really like the two Mikes together (though writing them was an exercise in "don't put a 'y' here, put a 'y' here etc.) Damn these boys and their unimaginative names!

I'm actually beside myself (*waves to other self standing next to me*) at how many prompts were NOT my OTP. But hooo yeah, the ones that were! So glad you liked!

I am STUPIDLY GLAD that you liked the Pete/Gerard. Those two are just strange glue for me. Something about them just clicks and I think it's the mad genius thing that they both do. So even though they'll never be my OTP, I do really enjoy them as a pairing. Yay for heart squeezy things!
