These ads just make me queasy
And I know it's what they are supposed to do. But that doesn't make it any less unpleasant to run across them.
I'm talking about the Bear Baiting ads. And pretty much any other animal cruelty ad in which they show a picture of the poor animal involved, graphic photo or not.
I've always felt that anyone that abused children or animals should be beaten with cacti and subsequently set on fire, but my visceral reaction to these ads seems to be stronger now that I am pregnant.
The bear ad seriously makes me queasy. And rather like fainting despite not being the fainting type.
How could anyone enjoy pulling the teeth out of a bear, chaining it up, then letting dogs attack it? How? Why? WTF???
There are truly some f-ed up people in this world of ours.
I need to be able to eat sometime today to feed my growing belly, so excuse me while I good look at pictures of cute kittens (probably icanhascheezburger.com) to quell this gag reflex...........
