Survival

So I'm attempting toget through all the crap of a separation. So far, I'm still alive but I know I haven't handled it in the best way. I've really neglected my friends the past couple of months and was told by one "friend" this week that I have been a bitch (I do NOT have my Bitch Switch flicked!)

It's not been easy. Whilst I'm normally quite vocal about many things I'm not too good at showing my emotions. I tend to hide them all behind bravado and shouting, so maybe I have been a bitch. But I will still be the first to drop everything to help a friend, that will never change. I finally cracked on Sunday night and had a complete meltdown. I'm actually relieved it happened as I now feel  a bit more like a normal human. It was strange though and it wasn't the best thing to do whilst on my own but I had a LOT of friends chatting to me on Facebook chat to keep me relatively sane and to remind me that Im not a bad person.

All I need to do now is get past his Ex trying to work her way back in to his life. I've made it clear that if he does want to see her and her cronies again then my children are never to be with him. Someone so poison and who happily throws away 35 years of friendship for such a sick individual is not someone I want near my babies. What he did to 4 young girls (that we know of) is unforgivable. Saying that he is perfect and dumping your best friend over him is just as bad. Now THERE is a girl with her Bitch Switch stuck in the on position!

I feel better for getting this out of my system. I know it's not overly coherent but it helped!
