Adler answering Alex’s phone = sinister. Neal vs. Adler, with Neal staring into Peter’s eyes the whole time? Tense, claustrophobic, AWESOME.
There is nothing like watching Neal and Peter running a con. They’re so fucking seamless. It’s a thing of beauty.

There is nothing harder for Peter in that moment than watching Neal take that drink, knowing it could be poison rather than what Adler is saying. But then he takes his own without hesitation, because it’s the only gambit to take if he even has a hope of being there to protect Neal later.
And I love that Neal takes that glass, banking on Peter to protect him when the shit hits the fan.

Now THAT’S what I call a bonding moment for these two. Finding a seriously amazing buried treasure. Billions.
HOLY SHIT. I’m on board with the whole arch-villain thing for Adler. And WTF seriously with Neal’s face in Alex’s cleavage? Really? I agree completely with Peter’s face right then.
Why must he and Alex have their whole UST thing, too? Come on, really? Why can’t he just kiss Peter and be done with it? At least that puts a kink in the other mess, though.
