Great Gladness
HAPPY EASTER!
I bet you guys thought that my excitement and enthusiasm over Easter was over and you wouldn’t have to constantly hear about my excitement for another whole year (I tend to get fixated sometimes *cough* White Day *cough*)! But guess what?!? The Easter season has only just begun and will last for fifty days until Pentecost! How exciting is that?
This is what I love so much about the Easter Season. For forty days (plus Sundays depending on how you do it) you get to fast and prepare and then Good Friday comes and it is such a powerful moment and you get this whole day to contemplate what that means for you and then, wham, it is the Resurrection and the miracle of the moment hits you and you get to celebrate that joyous occasion for fifty days. FIFTY whole days of celebration! Easter is absolutely wonderful. I love Easter.
This Easter I want to remember what is truly important and to carry this joy with me throughout these next fifty days because I am so grateful, and so happy, and so…………..words fail me. Once again what Easter means to me is simply indescribable.
