The past month, I've been feeling fairly good (aside from the occasional headache). My joints are rarely hurting right now, despite the funky weather (which is giving me headaches). I don't feel sick, slow, or tired. I'm tired in the evenings when I get home, but it's bearable, especially because I just spent last weekend cleaning the house--and hubby did the dishes and cooked dinner last night.
Now, here's the kicker:
I haven't been to the gym in ages, though I have been doing a lot of walking. And for an early thirty-fifth birthday present, I've suddenly gained fifteen pounds. I'm now at about 180, even though this morning I noticed in the mirror how slim I look.
When I turned twenty-five, I gained ten pounds almost overnight. Same thing seems to have happened here. I don't think it's "bad" weight, either, as when I've got extra weight my body doesn't want I feel tired, sore, and sick; but I'm feeling healthy and (other than headaches and evening fatigue) my fibro is not acting up much.
I'm betting if I asked someone to guess my weight, they'd say between 140 and 150.
Bodies are weird.
