Thursday was nice, all right. And yesterday was pretty good, fairly easy job, even though the repeat power outages made things interesting.
Last night I stayed up till three in the morning playing KotOR 2. Probably not the brightest thing, since I am now into the nose-faucet stage of what looks to be a nasty cold. Which is not great, because I have a teacher-requested-me job on Monday. Only other job for next week is a Friday one, and that one's also a teacher request (I think I impressed her by handling her "difficult" class--which was only mildly difficult, frankly.)
Must stock up on cold meds and decongestants for Monday. Also must take lots of Airborne, since it's too late for Zicam. And tell hubby not to look for any other jobs for me next week. It's one thing if you work in an cubicle/office environment; it's quite another when you work in a school, and they really don't want you there if you're sick.
I reeeally hope I don't have to call in sick for either of these classes. Both are good classes with good kids, and they're requests.
