Just a note to tell you all that I'm running (or doing!) the Race for Life for Cancer Research UK tomorrow (well today really).
Its a 5k girls only sponsored thing - for those away from the UK shores!
Running for Dad who has multiple myeloma and all those others I have both known and never met who face this.
