Yeah, Hal Jordan is a Lantern. And I'm sure Lex would trust the AI as much as he'd trust BoKent, and Clark shouldn't trust that douchebag either. So he went to the Bat, who at least won't lock anyone in a block of ice or strip their powers or whatever. (So many great dads around for them to look up to.)
