Back from the dead, Chloe suffers the loss friends, first when one fakes her death, and again when her cousin steps on her neck to get a job, and again when the first comes home to take of all of Clark’s time playing house on the farm. No one's picking up the phone. Kara tries to find a way to fit in on this planet, feeling very alone and alienated.

Chloe is turmoil over her new budding powers. Feeling like a timebomb, she struggles to decide what to do about her powers and the fear that she could become dangerous, eventually going to drastic measures to try to rid herself of her ability.

5)Something Corporate- The Runaway
Unable to deal with her only living relative trusting the man who had terrorized her family over his own flesh and blood, Kara runs away. Though Chloe only knew her for a short time, she goes looking for Kara, worried for both her and Clark’s safety if the wrong people get their hands on Kara.

6)Alanis Morissette- Princes Familiar
Noticing Chloe looking for her, while Clark is being kept busy by Lana, Kara lets Chloe find her and they end up talking for hours. They remember their fathers, and Kara talks about how her father has shaped her outlook on guy, then turns to Chloe to ask how her upbringing might have affected hers.

After Chloe and Kara return, Kara asserts herself with her cousin and comes to a respectable distance with him, given that he knows she won’t trust him so long as he trusts his father and the Martian more than her. Jimmy tries to start a relationship with Kara, only to be told to take a hike and to find himself another dumb blond. To her dismay, he boomerangs back to Chloe.

With Kara gone, Chloe tries to lean on Clark for support, but he isn’t acting like himself, and she discovers that it isn’t him at all, but the bizarro Phantom from earlier that year. Meanwhile, the Department of Homeland Security is after her, Clark struggles in captivity, taken away by Lionel Luthor, and Lana is so wrapped up in vengeance upon her ex-husband that Chloe has to take care of matters herself.

Chloe discovers that Lex Luthor has been in contact with Kara, but before she can get to him, he is shot by Lana, who believes that he has captured Clark. Remembering her long talks with Kara, she conquers her fear of her power and revives Lex.

22) Hillary Duff- Supergirl
Kara’s the Goddamn Supergirl. Lex goes with Chloe to go get her, and upon seeing Chloe, Kara’s memory is returned and as they kiss, light surrounds them and Kara’s powers are restored. She and Chloe go to save Clark from Lionel, who ends up cooling his heels in lockup with Lana.
