This was my absolute favorite part -

As I was writing, I anticipated the rebuttal that Lois would never use sex for this and that my portrayal was out of character, except that she does, with Grant she pretty clearly knows that it's inappropriate and doesn't care, and it's also her first line of persuasion when trying to get into places or get information (whether the person is male or female). So, unfortunately, the show has established that Lois will use sex, and it doesn't matter much to her if she uses it.
If all the guys thinking someone is hot makes a person Lois, does that make Lana Lois? o.O That's nonsensical. Lois has a lot of iconic traits, and although they gave a lot of them to Chloe, it would still be possible to write her 'iconically' without destroying Chloe's career or lowering the bar ( ... )
