Lana's Rap Sheet
This is up at the CW boards, but I can't take dealing with those little idiots right now.
What has Lana done that could legally be used against her (this season)? I'm looking for how it would be presented in court, like:
Fraud (faking your death can get you five years)
Murder (dead clones don't blink, and if Lex is a murderor! for killing clones, so is she)
Assault (it's illegal to pull a gun on someone, even if they did clone you)
Embezzlement of $10 mil
Edit: Kidnapping Lionel Luthor and assault with a deadly (and well deserved, actually lol) shovel
Assault of Lois Lane and Nulian
Breaking and entering a castle
Theft of a hard drive
Kidnapping of one Lex Luthor and attempted murder
Destruction of property (Lex's car and part of his lab)
Edit: Assault and battery of a Kryptonian
Illegal wiretapping and surveillence?
Letting a minion die in her lab? (uh... criminal negligence? i dunno)
Edit: Kidnapping of Casey Brock, holding her against her will, and submitting her to medical treatments without consent. Criminal negligence resulting in manslaughter for just watching her die.
However she's getting her continued funds to run Isis (possible fraud as a false front for illegal activities)
Edit: Breaking and entering Lionel's office and snooping through his mail
In previous seasons, the numbers still rack up. Especially the end of S4 and S5. She killed two people (Genevieve and Buffy) and watched someone die. Also, became a junkie and stole Lex's car (for the second time). Edit: S5, hitting Vic Stone with her car. S6, hitting Linda Lake with her car.
We can do the other kids if you like, which would still be fun, but I'm looking at this particularly for fic, so. Gosh, if they'd just let her be a VILLAIN. It would be awesome. FYI, in this fic, yeah, she'll have her Love Me Mojo powers.
