so this is how it is
i've decided that i will not add to the tragic deaths that have plagued my family... i'm going to get tested to see if i have any sort of brain abnormalities (because they seem to run in the family)...and i'm going to take better care of myself...eat better and exercise more because heart problems and high cholesterol also run in my family ( on both sides i might add)so here's to a return to health and the end of tragedy
