Top O' the Morning!
I realized the other day that I've made a cake for every "significant" US holiday, including those I don't really celebrate ... except for St. Patrick's Day, which I obviously hold great affection for. Why would I not make a cake on my own birthday? No idea. But I've remedied that now!
No rainbow in sight, but here's a pot o' gold!
I used a new product called Disco Dust - an edible glitter - to really give the gold some sparkle!
I also made a shamrock field out of mint chocolate cupcakes.
Looks like a careless leprechaun scattered some of his gold around ...
