Interesting development the other night: Mollie gave Nico a little lick. (She was back to hissing and swiping five minutes later, so she may have just been taste-testing him, but it's a start ...)

Yay, adorable kitty!! Littlebit isn't quite so little anymore...

He's nearly four pounds, and growing so much that we had to put him on the next-stage kitten food a month early! (And he still prefers to swipe Mollie's kibble when he can get away with it...)

That's how Misty and Blackie started out; some hissing and batting at first, then cleaning and grooming one another whenever they met. Of course, the grooming is followed by meowing, batting and chasing )).

Nico has some mitts on her. She isn't going to be 4 pounds for long. We're talking a gorgeous bomper of a tabby.
