And you pegged CYA - Superiors to a tee...nice work...You should also tell your Nikki to not call anything a "plan" those go to hell as soon as you do. I recommend calling it an idea...those never seem to get me into too much trouble.

thanks - I thought I might have gone a little overboard with the superiors, but, I've seen and heard others who've been exposed to this exact type of... "reasoning" regarding how certain things are accomplished.

And hmmm I think that is a very good idea regarding the planning, plans do tend to get shot to... crud just when you think everything is going smooth :P
