So far the response from fans has been really disappointing, with just two days left. At this point, I have no choice but to lift the one-question-per-customer limit. But I will give priority to first-time questions over those from people who already asked one. I'm really hoping the pace will pick up by Friday night, especially those of you who have said they're going to ask something, but haven't actually done it.
