This mornings weigh in was 188.5. I haven't been under 190 since before the doc put me on methadone for 2 weeks. Now I feel like I'm losing weight. I didn't really feel like it before because I'd been holding steady around 191-194. Right before I started this fat-burn week, I had a weekend with my best friend (who eats much more often than I do, of course, she also does a lot more than I do as well), in which I splurged, as well as went out to dinner with my little sister, in which I also splurged. So my first weigh in was at 199, but it kinda felt artificial, you know?
Anyhow, today was banana and milk day. I had to eat at least 3 bananas and as much milk as I can. I ate 4 bananas, 4 glasses of milk (I might have more before I go to bed) and am currently eating a medium bowl of soup. The only reason this diet is so hard for me, is because I'm not hungry. I don't eat very often normally, so I feel like I'm suppose to eat so much more than normal.
I ran some errands today, which of course wore me out. Now I'm doing laundry and watching Ghost Adventures. I'm pretty much done in for the day. we'll see how I do with my weigh in tomorrow. Also, I'm looking forward to tomorrow... it's meat day. ^_^
