We'll not discriminate great from small..

No we'll serve anyone, we'll serve anyone, we'll serve anyone at all!

I may or may not be obsessively listening to Sweeney Todd while I work on Chapter 13. The history of the world my love, is those below serving those up above!

*cough*

It'll make more sense once you read Chapter 13. And possibly 14. THIS FIC IS EATING MY LIFE, Y'ALL.

So, how about some real life stuff? Last night was my uncle Jeff's 50th birthday party. They had it at the bar in Jennings. And. Oh. My. God.

I started out saying "I don't think I'll drink tonight".

Then my mom's classmate Rusty, who is a REAL hoot, by the way (from whom I have picked up such conversational jewels like, "she dropped me like a used rubber!"), discovered I was NOT in possession of a beer. He went to get me one. Then Aunt Sheila grabbed my hand, hauled me to the back, and pulled out the bottle of Patron.

You can guess how the night went from there.

It's a good thing I don't get hangovers cause this would have been an occasion when that would have been bad news bears.

I met my cousin's boyfriend for the first time, and he's a real charmer. Hadn't talked to him more than 10 minutes before he's talking about their sex life. Ugh. Boyz.

If you had the benefit of my somewhat drunken company via IM on my Blackberry last night, I apologize. Seriously.

And I don't think I have much more to say on this public post. I'll see you guys late Monday or early Tuesday for a Scarecrow update!
