I wasn't going to write myself a birthday present. There's all these lovely authors out there who are already doing so... and then are TELLING ME ABOUT IT. I swear to you, I don't know what I'm looking forward to more: My flist the day of my birthday or doing tequila shots with my mother. (My mother, by the way? Funniest drunk in the universe.)
ANYWAY. It turns out, wiggiemomsi has the same birthday as me! Well, I can't let that go, can I?

Also... I will miss the live-action sexy-off tonight. I'm so sorry! I'm heading West, to the land of no Wi-Fi. My mother and sister both insist that time away from the no-job situation will renew my energy. I think a breakdown is sort of inevitable at this point.

It was a blast podcasting with everyone again tonight. We covered 25-38 of "Backwards With Purpose" by deadwoodpecker -- a fic that, even after discussing it with everyone, I'm still not a fan of. I guess I need to finish reading it to really be sure, but I still had a lot to say.
