Long time....
Wow... Its been a while since I updated this thing... You see I have this strange friend named Jeffery that reminds me every couple of years that I have this thing so I try to write in it.... Never with much sucess.....
Anyway, my how things have changed in the last couple of years......
I'm now living in Independence, MO with my partner Katrina and we haven't killed eachother yet. Next month I start my senior year in college and my son Charles starts Kindergarten! Would you believe my baby boy is growing up?!? Xavior has one more year of headstart left.
They're both growing like weeds. Charles knows all of his letters and quite a few of his sounds. He can count to 14, knows his colors, can do simple addition, and we're working on spelling. He can write his name too. Xavior knows his name and is working on writting it. He knows most of his letters and some sounds and can also count to 14. He knows his colors too. These things are where you can actually see the 11 months between them.
I'm not doing bad myself. I'm doing this awsome internship where I get to work in a Kindergarten classroom for the first semester and student teach there too. So its a lot like a year long student teaching. My grades are still good of course, I have a 3.14 average. I'm getting a provisional certification to teach Special Ed. also.
