Chapter 48
Chapter 48 is out but the scans are too low-quality to zip up and download. If you still wanna look at the pretty, you know where to go. :D
Color page spread - Yoite/Miharu. Miharu crossdressing. Sunset. A-and... damned, now isn't that one cozy atmosphere we have there. No words can express the big fangirly love I have for this spread. You can't have a canon pairing without sunsets after all.
Raikou - ang3l-sh1 would be happy to know I have a giant crush on Raikou now. Srsly, next to Yoite, I swear the mangaka goes over her chapters to make sure Raikou sparkles in every of his manga panels. :|
Yukimi/Raikou/Gau conflict - From what the spoilers have shown, it seems Yukimi took Yoite in because he sees a little of himself in Yoite. It also mentions that as long as Yoite won't point the Finger of Doom to Yukimi, Yukimi won't point the gun at Yoite. Such a fragile foundation for their relationship does put an interesting spin on things, as we clearly see Yukimi moving beyond that point already and finds himself caring about Yoite more than he probably expected.
There's a lot of fighting going on between Yukimi and Raikou, Gau throwing himself into it as usual, and ends with Raikou walking off with Gau blushing for some reason. Maybe it's just his Raikou-complex kicking in? :D
Kouichi/Raimei - Someone please translate their little sequence before my fangirl side kills me in agony. ;_;
Miharu and Yoite meeting Hanabusa - HAHAH, I KNEW IT. HANABUSA. She instantly shot right up my favorites list the moment she did her whole ♥lalala~~♥ thing with Yoite and Miharu. :D Lol, it seems they -really- can't escape Hanabusa's clutches at all - but, in all honesty, who didn't melt when Hanabusa gave the two a big hug that they badly needed? :'( Will comment more once translations are posted. (It seems only 40+ pages are posted, I'm expecting a few more pages to come out, since the last page didn't list out the next release date.)
On a shippers note, Yoite and Miharu has been so touchy-feely lately, I'm barely fazed by them this chapter. (Remember the time when we went batshit insane even over a mere touch of hands in volume 7?) YES, I know, Kamatani-sensei has been spoiling us horribly with Yoite/Miharu... but hey, who's complaining? ( Definitely not these people.)
