is only in My head now
Whilst You slumber elsewhere
Alone
Even in the presence of Others
Alone
In Your head
Our bed lies empty
Although the whole time I was there

"Lets be happy"
But they don't say how that can be done
What is the meaning of happiness?
Is it meant to be:
fleeting?
fulfilling?
forever?
Can happiness be:
a sunny day?
a bright smile?
a kiss goodnight from a stranger?
Or can it be:
a home?
a life?
a bight future with a forgiving past?

The voices say:
"This is to complicated"
But they don't say what can be done
What is the meaning of complication?
Is it meant to be:
ignored?
run away from?
found inside yourself?
Or can it be:
as old as time?
a life long endeavor?
a portal to the next step of your life?

The voices say:
"There is no other way"
But they don't say what the only way is
What is the meaning of no other way?
Is it meant to be:
that your stuck?
that you have no choices?
that you are no longer in control?
Can no other way be:
to give up everything good?
to stop trying?
to die?
Or can it be:
a reason to try harder?
a reason to hold on?
a reason to love?

These are just a few choice words that I felt like spilling to anyone who would read them...
