Homeless????
NOT ANYMORE!!!!
We close the sale of the house we are in now on the 22Nov. We had no home to go into. The one we were going to buy, the people NEVER have found anywhere else to go, and we keep hearing b.s. lines, so we went to plan B yesterday and went looking for homes, as we have to be out of our house by sunday so the painters can come in and touch up, the cleaners can come in and do a move out clean, AND the remaining carpets need to be cleaned! SOO.. To make a long story longer..
We checked out this house about 3 blocks away, My spouse got all Spooky on me when he walked up to the garage and said "this is it" Now mind you, he hasnt even stepped foot inside the house, nor even walked up to the door. So I was joking and said to the realator that it must be good Ju-Ju. So we loved it, and placed an offer this a.m. and they accepted this p.m. We are going in tommorow to the relators office to see if we can early occupy, like THIS FRIDAY! So we will see.
The house is 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, but it has NO family room. So I am giving that up...BUT it has a HUGE back yard, and it is backed up to a "greenbelt"! The greenbelt is wierd, as it is surrounded by houses, so there is no way it can be built on, UNLESS they tear down someones house to get to it! So it is almost like we have an extra back yard! The yard is also already fenced! WOOHOO!!!
Well, It is late, and I need to figure out how to get this excitement unleashed so I can sleep!
