ho hum
well. chemo starts in the morning. i have the bad feeling that i am not going to be able to sleep tonight. yuck.
had a nice, calm weekend. lotsa people showed up for my pre-chemo celebration at the D Marie. i was flattered. the D Marie is the bar at the top of the galt house hotel. it has a nautical theme and is also a bourbon bar. the decor is fantastically kitschy. we had a very bitchy server who over-charged us all. but i still had a lot of fun. i did not get overly drunk despite my best efforts.
anyone have any good reading recommendations?
the purple report:
still no pictures. forgot to bring my camera last night. the color is still staining my hands something awful, but my ladt shower did not turn my entire body purple again. however other objects are turning purple. my cell phone's ear-piece has taken on a decidedly purple tint; and my black and white bandanna is becoming my black and purple bandanna. good thing my pillow cases are dark otherwise they would be purple as well.
