27. The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest by Stieg Larsson
So, book 3 should really be called book 2.5 because they are all one story. Book 2 never really stops and book 3 starts about two hours after the end of book 2. I think the first one may be my favorite. Better story, better mystery, less crazy ass drama. It feels (not that it will ever happen since Larsson is now deceased) like this is the middle of the story that needs the second bookend stand alone story on the other side of it. They were still good entertaining books though.
I finished this 740 page bohemoth three hours into a twelve hour flight. That was killer. I didn't have another book.
