Another Week Gone By
So i've been back to work for a week now, and its not so bad. monday was pretty rough getting up after 10 days of vacation but i survived. nothing much going on this weekend. probably going out this evening to do something. i was out last night to dinner... with a boy! it went well i guess. we laughed and all that nonsense. anyway, yeah, despite putting 2 more case fans and a new heat sink in my computer it still freezes when i play CoH. it was supposed to be caused by a heat problem, but we have the heat under control and the game still freezes up. so that sucks some shit. yes indeed.
there's a guy downstairs cutting holes in the kitchen ceiling. my parents are completely redoing the whole thing and he woke me up this morning with sounds that were like someone cutting through my bedroom floor. at least it will look nice when its all done. i'm gonna get pretty tired of this early morning construction though, i'll tell you that.
work is gonna be easy this week, just 3 1/2 days then i get to spend a long weekend in florida, lovely land of sun and hopefully no rain. all its done here the last week is rain. that shitty rain too, where if it were just a degree colder it would be freezing rain or snow. it would be fine if it actually snowed, then i'd have a day off work or a late opening, but no, its just really freakin cold ass rain. no fun at all.
oohhh, i've lost 4 pounds on my diet so far, and thats in under a week, so i'm hoping this will be my key to a skinny svelte body!
