So here I am, still in the Dolomites. It has been quite a nice stay so far but I start to get bored! I am wondering what to do: maybe travel somewhere nearby, like Trento or Treviso and then come back here next week. I could also come back to Mantova but ahhh...don't really want to!

i write a few articles for clients for the paper...i used to do restaurant reviews and but now its mainly about clients who advertise in the paper(heating, security, nurseries, dog homes...bleh.) and some travel stuff.

i also do some freelance work for some mags in brazil....www.cadesign.com.br and www.design-grafico.com.br and also www.arcdesign.com.br, about graphic design and technical design for engineering and architecture....hehehe...i guess thats the most interesting bit!

and hows your job btw?

ah cool...you definately arent tied to one spot but free as bird!

my job is fine, i mean, my new part time job is..i work as a test assistant in a centre for human drug research..it pays well and is very flexible, and i can combine it well with my studies :)

so now you are going back to Great Britain, but you intended to stay in Italy for good didnt you? its all a sudden change of plans?

heheheh when i started to read what you just wrote i thought you were a volunteer for tests!!! pfff....but you mentioned something that you didnt like it....or did you get this job just now?

god, no! i always wanted to go to italy just to get my citizenship and go back to london! because otherwise i cant get a nice job and study, etc etc...

oh no...im not a volunteer now, im the 'nurse' hehe..ive been volunteering in the past and im fed up with that really!! and yeah the job is new, i started about a month ago and its fun!

aha...i see, pieces are getting together in my head ;)

well, in one study that i volunteered in, ive taken new medication for ppl who are epileptic
anti-epileptica influence the central nervous system, so thats why this medication has lots of side effects

gee. over here the australian ppl and etc they do it as a way to fund their travels. they pay something like 3000 pounds to get you there to take all the medication. but it is all sorts of things....you have the guts really!

yeah, well i wont do it again though..i didnt like it!!
also because i felt like i was imprisoned cause you have to stay indoors, the nurses wake you up very early and immediately they take ecg's, blood etc...and i get very moody when strange ppl wake me up telling me what to do ;)
also, eating and everything is checked at certain times...you have to eat what they tell you to eat...it really got me crazy!! so its wasnt only the medication but the whole thing that was pretty tough.
