Diamonds ARE a girls best friend. So for our 1 year anniversary Noah took me engagement ring shopping. And I had soooo much fun. This all took place at South Coast. It started off a little rocky cause, stupid us, we went to Tiffany & Co. first. Tiffany has great rings, don't get me wrong, but they are WAY over priced. $26,000 for a ring?!?! WTF. I dont need something so gawdy (spell check) and so "bling bling". I have small pretty hands/fingers, so I want something simple yet stunning. To boost our spirits we went into Ben Bridge Jewelers. And let me tell you we had the best experience there. The lady showed us the most amazing rings I have ever seen. I think I liked the most rings there. And we felt comfortable there. It wasn't stuffy and akward. It was nice. We felt important. Like what we wanted and what we wanted to pay really mattered. It was nice. I wish I had pictures of some of the rings. They were absolutely stunning. I was def. on cloud 9. We went to some other jewelry places @ Westminster Mall but we only saw 1 ring that we both really liked. Noah said I'm just a pawn in his evil plot. He said "I could already have the ring, I could do it tonight, or on your birthday." Psh. I know he wouldn't just tell me when it was going to happen. It has to be a surprise. It is weird tho. I do anticipate it now. If we got engaged this year we wouldn't get married until sometime next year. Which is good cause it gives me plenty of time to plan my dream wedding. Mwahaha. Bridezilla Natalie. Scary. We had dinner @ Claim Jumper and ended our evening by cuddling in bed together, and watching teevee.

Today, Noah and I just lamped @ Noah's house. We went in the pool for a little bit. Watched "Passions". Hehe. And now here we are at my aunts house. We are having dinner over here tonight. I am driving back to Vegas tomorrow with my mom (yay for having my car in Vegas FINALLY). I have a job interview tomorrow @ 1pm so we're leaving Cali at 5am. Ugh. I am so not looking forward to getting up early.

Next week I am going to New York with my mom to visit my sick grandma. I'll only be there for a few days and then I'm going str8 back to Vegas. Then Noah is coming to Vegas from July 18th - 21st. He's coming for my birthday, duh (which is July 20th just in case you forgot). We are staying @ the Westin Hotel & Spa and I dont know what he has planned for my actual birthday. Oh, but I'll try and find out tho. I just want to be with him & my family and just have lots of fun. I know he'll make it special and memorable.

And wtf is going on in London. This is getting way out of hand. Does anyone find it odd that yesturday London was celebrating because they got the 2012 bid for the Olympics and today 3 bombs hit?!?!?!?! Hrm. So it can either be terrorist OR some bitter country who didnt the Olympics (ie THE FRENCH or MOSCOW). God I hope it is the French. They are sooooo bitter. Bitter cause we had to save their asses so many times. Ungrateful bastards. I was reading Jenn's (readysteaystop) blog about the british pple talking shit on how quickly they have recovered from these attacks and how long New York/the Pentagon took to recover...... Wait. I'm sorry. I know 1st hand wtf went down in New York. I was there. Theres a HUGE difference between 3 small bombs and two fuel filled 747's. I know alot of people are against this war on terrorism. Especially people from California. But imagine if they had taken down the Golden Gate Bridge or some other major building in LA. You'd be all for the war @ that point. Because it's happening not only in your country but in your hometown, where you live. Places you used to go to. Places you shopped at. Friends and family members who lost their lives. It hit way too close to home. As much as I dont want any soldier or civilian to die, I also dont want something like 9/11 to happen agin in the US. It is very traumatizing. New Yorkers will never fully recover from what happened. It's not something we can just forget. I dont like war but we cant let these idiots keep on running around blowing things up. The US may look like a big bully right now but shit if it's going to save lives in the states then so be it. I voted for Bush and I'm proud. I have no regrets. I would NEVER bash anyone based on who they voted for or what they believe. To each his own. Thats what makes America, America. We have the right to think and feel however we want. It's our GOD given right as Americans. Yeah, thats right I said it GOD. This country was found on Christian beliefs and I find no reason why we shouldnt have GOD in the pledge or on our money. I think the 10 commandments should stay hanging in court houses. We based our laws on those commandments. That is our foundation. You guys know I'm not into politics or any of that gibberish but I have an opinion. And I'm sorry if I've offended anyone but I felt like it was time for me to share my thoughts/feelings. I dont judge people based on what they believe in, so if you judge me based on what I believe in then thats all on you. NOT ME. Like I said this is what makes America so great.

Ok enough for now. Time to eat. Tootles.
