Beware this is a spew of random items...
Today I am going to attempt to drive to the north end of the cities in rush hour to get to a meeting. I guess I will see today how much the bridge collapsing will affect my life. We use that bridge to get to my meetings....Traffic looked bad when I looked it up 1/2 hour ago.
There was another bridge collapse, this time in China. Last I heard there were 80 people that died. How sad, even in other countries their infastructure is just as bad as ours. and this bridge was 120 feet in the air, even higher than the 35W bridge. What is it going to take in this world to prevent things like this happening.
I was listening to the news this morning about the presdential campaign...The one thing that has been bothering me the most about this campaign is what they say about Hilary Clinton. Whether you agree with her platform or not, you never hear the people talking about what Bush wore to a debate, you never hear them say that Bush is too harsh or too soft. You are only hearing these things about Hilary because she is a women in a man's field. Although No More! with the rise of women policitians, it will soon be over. I hope that in 524 days that we will have the first woman in office, or the first black man in office. I hope that also in 524 days we will be rid of the republicans and their crazy war. You know it's bad when even a politican's own party is turning against him..that has to say something doesn't it.
