so much for months.
Leo's kidneys are feeling. They are cancelling all treatments and have set him up at home with hospice care. Its down to a matter of days.
As great as my pain is, it is nothing compared to what my mom is going through. My heart aches for her. And it breaks for Meadow, who is missing out on years of memories that she won't get
