Well, internet friends, we knew this day was coming.  The first Ship Wars Shore Leave has begun, which means that for the next week I will be significantly less absorbed in that particular madness.  It also means that I will have the time (and, hopefully, inclination) to work on some non-Ship Wars fic.

Ok .. seriously .. uhm .. despite having given me the insane impulse to go and make a Pina Colada at *glances at clock* 4:30am, you have left me with a serious case of flailing (because, seriously, continuing The Ivy Crown, Through Blind Men's Eyes or the Mirror!Verse, or introducing me a new, angsty K/S thing you've written? How could I not flail all over that?) and a whooping case of indecision (request? one over the other? are you serious?).

So .. uh .. yeah .. all incoherence aside (and no, I haven't had a chance to go for that Pina Colada, but insomnia is a bitch on one's thought processes after a time :P ), unhelpful not-request post is probably being quite unhelpful so .. *clamps down and tries to at least be supportive* .. if you could .. perhaps .. keep working on those WIPs? Maybe? Please? And thanks.

(What all is in a piña colada? I'm not sure, but I think I might have to pick up some ingredients for my next day off.)

Here's the recipe I tend to use:

Pina Colada Ingredients:

30 ml coconut cream or coconut milk

120 ml pineapple juice

15 ml sugar syrup

45 ml Bacardi

15 ml Malibu

1 cup ice cubes

Method:

Combine ingredients in jug of a blender; blend on high speed until smooth.

Pour into 400ml tulip glass and decorate with pineapple, strawberry or mango slices and two straws.

Relax and enjoy your perfect Piña Colada!
