Recent workouts:
Yesterday - Gravity Class (45 - 50 mins) - all about using your own body weight as resistance. Kicked my ass. Totally sore today. Followed Gravity Class with 25 minutes on an Arc Trainer.
Today - Zumba Class (60 mins) - High Intensity Cardio, Latin/Mexican Style Music with a High Intensity workout. Need to find more classes to take because it makes working out fun.
Contemplating Resolutions for '09 ...just ideas.
- stick to a workout schedule (at least 3 days a week)
- prioritize myself and my health over work (aka allowing myself the time to work out, rather than focus on my job-related piles of work that will always be there)
- lose 25 lbs by the end of '09
- take my calcium pills on a regular basis
