PS I've done well with exercising lately, and I'm feeling good.

Last week on Thursday, Nathan and I ran around this big loop that we've walked before... we didnt know how far it was, but Nathan used his Nike Plus that day (the new ipod connection to his sneaker, a glorified pedometer), only to find out that the loop was 5.5 miles (!!!) I didnt run the whole thing, but I jogged at least half - which is clearly more than I've done in a long time...

I dont remember last weekend... and this week I feel like we worked out on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday after school. Tuesday lifted and jogged on the treadmill, Wednesday lifted & jogged on the track at the high school, and Friday lifted then ran sprints in the gym, and did some agility training, and then took an hour long walk with Nathan since it was so nice outside... This morning (Saturday) we got up and walked that 5.5 mile loop.

My legs are feeling tight in the hamstring area, but I just need to keep it up and increase my stretching during the day... It feels good to be moving again. I know there have been no physical changes in my body yet, but I just have to keep going, and I'll get there....
