I'm horrible!
I can't remember the last time I blogged something worth reading other than my dragons (I'm totally obsessed). I've been hanging out on, stuck like a maggot on a dead cow been glued to Facebook playing Mafia Wars and Farmville like you wouldn't believe and talking to family, people from work and old classmates and teachers as well.
I can't recall the last fic I read on IJ/LJ but I've been following calanor's "Son of Corvinus" drabble ficlet on FFN. It's (I'm assuming) a Harry Potter/Underworld crossover and it's got me glued to the edge of my seat, nose pressed flat to the screen waiting to get that email alert when a new chapter is posted. She's killing me with the cliffies.
*nudges calanor* >psst< what happened to chapter 15?
To those that wished me a Happy Birthday, I probably missed it because of my lack of reading journals as of late, but thank you. I had a great day, got to spend some time with my mom and baby sister.
Believe it or not...I'm still writing fic (ask calanor - she'll tell you and I blame her for my recent bout of writing). I thought I was done with fandom but some people just keep dragging me back in, kicking and screaming lol! I'm on a werewolves/vampires kick and I've got 2 in the works.
The first one is called "In The Company of Wolves". Draco and Severus are werewolves in this fic, but not like the hideous creature of Remus Lupin you remember from Prisoner of Azkaban. Think of them as domesticated wolves. If anyone has ever seen the movie "The Company of Wolves", you'll know what I mean. This fic is sort of based on that. I haven't posted it online for public reading just yet.
The second is called "In Darkness Comes The Light" with Harry as a vampire, a descendant of Count Dracul himself. I'm only on chapter 3 and you can find it on FFN.
Don't all fandom authors have to write at least one vampire/werewolf fic? Guess it's my turn at the wheel.
Other than that, I've been busy working my tail off and suffering insomnia between. Nothing new.
Anyway...I think I've wasted enough time online for one morning. I should have been out of here an hour ago to run errands. LOL! Toodles!
