this sums up day three.

food:

-banana
-detox tea
-two handfuls of pecan halves
-apple
-small soy latte (with purevia)
-black coffee (with purevia)
-greek salad from work, sans pickled onions or croutons.

and a self prescribed glass o' wine when i got home.

i hope this gets easier!
