I got nothing..
Working overtime and sleeping is all I'm really doing at the moment. And counting the days until VEGAS!!
It will be a much earned vacation. A much needed vacation and hopefully I won't have to worry too much about anything while I'm there except for having a good time.
Almost finished with the editing work for the book a friend of mine is putting together. My deadline is the 15th of this month. She wanted to get it together and formatted by the first of July. I'm still on tract to make the deadline I think.
A good friend from my college days is coming to visit this weekend with his family. I still have a ton of things to finish around the house so I don't feel like my place is a disaster flick. Honestly it's not that bad, I just would like to have things better organized. Though that might have to wait and I might have to resort to just tidying things up. I'm ok with that. The guest bedroom actually is in decent order, so that's one less worry. They should be here around Saturday afternoon and then they are leaving Sunday morning. I'm looking forward to it.
My high school 15 yr class reunion is happening the same weekend I head out for Vegas. I'm really not too disappointed I'm missing it. I didn't go to my 10th.. I might go to my 20th if I find out in time. There are only a few people I'd want to meet up with anyway. And most of those I keep in touch with in one form or another.
Part 3 is done of the story I've been posting here, and most of part 4, but reading back through it all - I'm not sure where I'm going with it, and I think I'm not happy with the overall story. I might just scrap it and start again. Eh, we'll see. Much better at the short story format. IMO. I might put a couple of the ones I know are pretty good up here at some point maybe.
And that's pretty much it. Wow.. still a bit of a post even about nothing much at all. :)
