Lots and Lots About Horsies
Topper and I kicked ass on Wednesday. And again on Thursday. Whee! I'm feeling better and better about the show. AND (best of all) Scott is going to be in Ocala next week, but I asked him if I could still come to the barn and work Topper on the flat. (We need endless work in the draw reins -- ugh -- and work on transitions). He said okay. Squee! But wait; it gets better ... I was talking with my friend who keeps her horse at the barn. She mentioned being gone all next week and worrying about him getting fat and lazy. And when I offered to work him for her, she accepted. So I'm going to be riding like mad next week. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday will find me at the barn. Oh Joy.
AND ... (oh yes, dear reader, there's even more. i did warn you that there was lots and LOTS about horsies, didn't i?) I got a show shirt tonight. And it's purple!
