Look. If I'm driving 35 mph on a road where the speed limit is actually 25 mph, you have no right to fly up behind me at 60-somethin' mph, ride my ass, and lay on your horn. Firstly, it's just plain rude. Lastly, it only makes me happy about going slower and slower and slower and actually taking the full 3 seconds (one one-thousand, two one-thousand, three one-thousand) at a stop before turning.
