On sunday I answered the writers block question about sandwiches, but unforntunatly didn't have any pictures of them, so today I went to collage and had a Veg. Sandwich, and took pictures too!
Anyway while I'm on the subject of food, here's my twist on Shrove Tuesday Pancakes:
Pancakes are made the usual way,(water, egg, flour, etc.) the filling however is not the typical coconut mix that is so common here, but rather a softer version (you'll be needing to take it ouf the fire a little earlier so that it remains soft and doesn't harden) of the Sooji Sweet form christmas time. These really do make a lovely tea time snack.
