Tea: Herbal Infusions
My not-so-newfound appreciation and taste for tea has been driving me to sample more and more different varites, and hence I picked a herbal infusion from my local supermarket the other day.
I found this lovely packet of Tulsi and Rhododendron infusion, which sounded more appealing than just a Tulsi infusion.
I tried some today, and it really is wonderful, the infusion is mainly clear and has this light pinkish tinge. Its also got this spicy/fruity aroma and refreshing taste, as well as making me feeling wonderfully relaxed. In a way, its like the taste of summer. I can really picture myself curling up in a comfortable spot in the veranda with a cup of this and a book on a lazy- not so sweltering- sunny day.
On a different note, I've managed to find a regular supplier of South Indian filter coffee near my office, so I don't think I shall ever have to wake up to instant coffee again.
