Ten years ago, I
- started taking piano lessons
- planned on being an astronaut
- spent all of my free time practicing for swim team
Five years ago, I:
- actually went on dates
- never did anything useful with my time
- lost my best friend because she though I was a lesbian
One year ago, I:
- was a science supernerd (chemistry, whoo!)
- was mortified at the thought of my friends all graduating without me
- spent all of my free time reading harry potter
So far this year, I:
- have lived up to my new standards
- have kicked butt in percussion
- have been suprisingly mean to those who annoy me
Yesterday, I:
- took a nice hot shower
- spent the morning thinking about the war
- finished my teacher recommendation forms
- loved my mother
Today, I:
- finished watching The 13th Warrior
- turned in all of my teacher reccomendation forms - yay!
- am watching the Sandlot, though I should be reading more Dickens
Tomorrow, I will:
- play through the pirates show for the middle schoolers
- take a screwy test on economic game theory
- spend the night preparing for a college interview - eep!
In five years, I will:
- be a booming bacholerette
- still be dependent on my parents
- have composed a full-length orchestra piece - hopefully.
