...or whoever is responsible for this latest WTF-ery.
So. A famously vocal and proud prequel basher has a role in...
a prequel-based TV show.
So, the lesson is, if I bash the hell out of half of a franchise, I'll get rewarded with an on-screen role? Guess I've been going about it the wrong way since... well, my entire time in Star Wars fandom. For the first time, I'm actually considering not watching an episode of this show - at the very least, not going out of my way to watch it when it comes out.
Oh, TCW. I'm getting mixed signals from you. On the one side, you include to pretty darn good effect notorious targets like Jar Jar and the Gungans (even have them take out Grievous, no less)... and on the other side, you do this. Not terribly thrilled about your fairly regular ignoring of the relationship that produces Luke and Leia and most directly motivates Anakin's - your central character's - turn to the Dark Side, either. Then again, Han/Leia got treated like garbage in the EU too until fans made a stink, so I guess that's pretty even treatment there.
