(no subject)
Thanks to the lovely zorb, I are now officially on Dreamwidth! Not a lot there yet, and barring some unforeseen circumstance I don't see myself completely relocating, but, more or less like abigail89 said: no one else gets to be ladyaeryn but me, dammit. ;) I am probably going to have to cave and upgrade at some point, 'cause good lord, six icons?
Today was my last official day of abnormal psych class. I'm pretty bummed - this teacher really does make learning the subject an incredibly entertaining and relatable experience. And there's no way, short of a loan, I'll be able to afford going back to school next semester. Especially with the dental bills...
On that note: according to the consultation with my dentist yesterday, just the FIRST phase of my dental work is going to be roughly $10,000. o_O This is with insurance figured in and the dentist giving us about a $6,000 break. This does not even begin to calculate the totals for my eventual braces, jaw correction surgery to fix my underbite, and final round of dental work. Short of pulling all my teeth out and replacing them with dentures (which I've been told isn't an option for me anyway)... you name it, my mouth's going to have it done to it. Every one of my teeth is going to have something done to them. So I probably will have to take out a loan anyway. (So maybe I might as well just try for a loan that would cover school too? I don't know. Damn, I do hope my car doesn't crap out for a while, at least.)
