I'll get to the next batch of rants this evening, since they're on my computer at home. Anyway, TV round up.
Much, much more enjoyable than last week. Characters and relationships were fleshed out more, the Lilly Kane mystery's beginning to take shape, and the overall feel of the episode was much more even and sure-footed than last week. The only significant drawback for me was Paris Hilton, who is not only no more high-school-aged than I can fly (a big YUCK to her makeup), but sullies the good name of 'spectacularly flimsy acting.' And I continue to love Veronica - quick-thinking, cool-headed, and can sass anyone with the best of them. (And yet, somehow, it still manages to avoid being too overdone.) Mucho giggles to the scene where she and her Dad go investigate at the hotel. *g* Definitely downloading the next episode - I'll continue this route a few more episodes, and if I continue to like what I see (which I'm sure you all will say I will ;)), I'll go ahead and nab the DVD set.
I'll get to Firefly when I get home...
