2012 Resolutions

This is more to help me remember those things I want to work on this year.

Help my daughter reach her goals of eating more fruit and working on her art with drawing and pottery classes.

Exercise more. (After my yellow jacket attack late last summer and too many migraines in the fall and early winter, my routine is kaput. I feel better when I walk at least a mile every day, as well as yoga and weight lifting.)

Knit one scarf a month for Knit Your Bit (scarves for veterans out of the WWII museum in New Orleans).

Make one card a week for Operation Write Home (pretty, handmade, blank greeting cards sent to service members overseas for them to send home to their loved ones).

Declutter the house more. I'm tired of the amount of stuff we have that we don't really need. I actually cleared out the fridge yesterday and am now working on the bookshelves. Next up the kitchen cupboards.

And the big one: Finish my pile of UFOs! (Unfinished objects) I've got a list of nearly a dozen that I need to just freaking finish up already! It's everything from scarves and hats to quilts and dresses. My goal is at least one a month.
