Blurbs, etc.

Since it's been a "While" since I posted, I thought I'd write a nice little report on my day. 
Problem:  I write nauseating reports.  So I'll just give you a couple blurbs and share a few graphics.  Deal?
Blurbs first:

We were going to go swimming, but the license-holding sibling insisted we drive to the library first, so by the time we got to the pool, critical mass had already been reached.  So we went back to the library where:

I snatched A Conspiracy of Kings, by Megan Whalen Turner. It's the last book of the Queen's Thief series that I haven't read.  
So far, so good.

Regarding CoK:  I was horrified when Sophos's sisters and mother apparently died.  And I'm still not entirely believing that they're still alive. 
I'm enjoying the action parts very much; the escape was exhilarating.  I really don't want Sophos to marry Eddis, but I don't have much hope...
