I would think that, even here, a human child would need nine months gestation. And, all else aside, And what a great deal of 'else' there is I am in no health to bear a child.

Well, Ville de Lumiere is a strange place, where even the dead return to life. I don't see why a child couldn't be conceived in a shorter time span than those nine months~
